Availability check added

Since the release of the most recent update, users can look up in System One which artists are available on a particular date, using the availability check feature. This is found as a new tab in the list view of the ‘bookings’ section.

Formerly, this was an awkward function, when a client needed an overall list of artists who were available on a particular date. It was only possible to get this information by making a selection by artist in the agenda.

With this new functionality, a list is shown of all the artists that are available on the requested day. With this information booking agencies can save a lot of time because booking agents get shown a list of all available artists with one simple function. This way, one or more artists can be offered to the client, a feature that is also useful when the desired artist turns out to be already booked.
