Interview with Sacha

In a considerable short period of time, Ideal DJ’s has evolved into one of the major booking agencies within the English dance industry. Located in Benfleet, east of London, Ideal DJ’s represents fifteen exclusive artists such as Joey Beltram, Pete Gooding and Will Bailey. With more than fifteen years of experience at various booking agencies, Sacha decided the next step was to start her own agency; as a result, Ideal DJ’s was born in 2006. It didn’t take long for the bookings to come rolling in.

The software is a perfect fit
In the summer of 2009 Sacha received information about System One. “I had considered it before and had been testing the waters. The software by System One that I got to reviewed was a perfect fit with our work approach.” It turned out to be the right information at the right time. The successful booking agency was ready for a systematic approach, and after several meetings and the online presentation Sacha made the decision to start working with the software in August.

To Ideal DJ’s, the most important aspects of the interface became the elaborate booking system and the clear navigation of the software. Next to that, Sacha mentions usability as the biggest advantage of System One. She’s also very pleased with the communication and support.

No functions remain unused

Thanks to System One’s software we are able to manage our artists as well as organize the administrative tasks in a professional manner.”
