Upgraded list view
Because we are constantly striving towards delivering user friendly and time-saving software, we invest a lot of development in the user interface of System One. The list views have been upgraded with a few useful additions, which make maintaining large numbers of companies, contact persons, events, invoices and contracts a lot quicker.
At the right side of each row in the list views you can now find buttons that access the edit and delete dialog immediately from the list view. This eliminates the need to access the options panel through the detail view.

Batch process selections
A checkbox has been added on the left side of each row in the list view. By ticking this checkbox, the item is added to the personal selection of the user. The row is colored red to indicate that the item is selected. This selection is stored in the database so the selection will be available, even if the user logs off and returns the next day.
Each selection tool is expanded with a "Show only my selection" filter. Using this filter displays the selection that the user made. Depending on the section of the system, it offers a number of batch processing functions, to modify the selection:
- Change the book keeping of all items in selection
- Change the status of all items in selection
- Assign new company or contact groups to all items in selection
- Change the publish status of all items in selection
- Change the owner of all items in selection
- Delete all items in selection
