System One for artist booking agencies is an online, all-inclusive service. The service is supplied against a subscription fee which includes server and application management, software updates, helpdesk and support. Additional implementation costs are charged at set-up.
The subscription fee is related to the number of user accounts. This pricing model offers several advantages.

What is an internal user account?
Internal user accounts are personalized accounts for the people working for the booking agency such as agents and managers.
What is an external user account?
External user accounts are available for artists, tour managers and road managers so they can check the personal schedule of the artists.

Hourly rates
The hourly rate for additional work on document templates and importing an address database is 100,- EUR / 133,- USD.
Payment conditions
The subscription fee is charged per year in advance.
